Brighton University Graduate Pavilion

This month Jim was invited by Gem Barton, Head of 2nd year Interior Architecture at Brighton University, to photograph the 2013 pavilion . Each year the final year students from the Architecture and Interior Architecture courses at Brighton University design and build the pavilion in the square, with each new structure incorporating elements from previous years.

This years pavilion was the largest and possibly most ambitious so far, building on the tradition of previous pavilions to have the smallest environmental footprint possible. Luckily for Jim, the job was in the middle of the heatwave, so he got to capture the pavilion in all its glory.
